Our Sports Massage Therapies

Our Sports Massage Therapy specialists, offer effective, deep tissue massage treatments for a range of people who suffer discomfort from neck or back pain, headaches, muscle imbalance or overuse, and joint stiffness.

A medical referral is not required and we can quickly and easily schedule an initial consultation for you.

Whether caused by an underlying condition, occupational or postural mechanisms, sports injury, or tension and stress, massage can act as a preventative therapy as well as a healing treatment for existing symptoms.

Complementary treatments, including medical acupuncture, shockwave therapy and physiotherapy.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

We use a range of techniques of manual manipulation of the skin, muscle and soft tissue, ligaments, and tendons are used. Highly effective, it works to ‘untangle’ and stretch out any fibres surrounding the muscles and, in turn, stimulate the blood flow and remove any resultant pressure.

As a deeper form of massage, recipients often find it a more effective and longer lasting solution for discomfort and pain.

Empire Physiotherapy specialise in massage therapies to provide long-term health benefits.
